This is not your typical office building. The easy solution would have been to construct one large building in a sea of asphalt. parc24 takes a different approach with a five-acre site planned in a campus like arrangement which includes eight buildings and a parking garage, providing approximately 105,000 total square feet of leasable space.

The redevelopment of 24th Street, will create a connection between Indian River and Royal Palm Boulevards. A tree-lined street with parallel parking, traffic calming measures, and a state-of-the-art pervious brick paver system will serve as a model for urban street design.

As the developer of parc24, Kimley-Horn and Associates will occupy the majority of Building 8. Future buildings 1-6 will be developed in multiple phases.
